Managing subscribers: Manually suppressing contacts from delivery
Manually suppressing contacts from receiving your brand's campaigns, newsletters, and promotions is a crucial feature for maintaining a targeted and engaged subscriber base. This functionality will allow you to selectively exclude specific contacts from receiving your email (or other) campaigns, ensuring that content is relevant and well-targeted.
Whether a user requests to opt-out, expresses a preference change, or encounters temporary issues, manual suppression provides the flexibility to respect these preferences and manage communication effectively. This proactive approach not only enhances the user experience by delivering more personalized content but also helps comply with privacy regulations and build a positive relationship between the brand and its audience.
Note: You need to be certain that you want to suppress the specific contact or contacts, as you will not be able to retrieve them later.
