Interface with SMS/Viber provider
We offer the option to connect with a customer's SMS/Viber provider (such as AMD, m-stat, etc.).
In this setup, the customer will handle payments directly with their provider, so we won’t have visibility into the credit balance on our platform. However, campaign statistics will still be accessible.
To integrate with AMD, we need the following information:
- The Application ID and Application Secret found under the Applications menu.
- The Sender Name for SMS.
- For Viber, the Sender Info Tracking ID from the Viber Sender Info menu.
- Additionally, the correct Callback URL must be entered under SMS Settings → SMS Callback URL. Be sure to enable Single SMS Callback Information Service and select Notify on every change of the SMS status.
Yuboto: We need the API key and sender name that will be used for SMS and Viber.
Apifon: We need the secret key, token, and sender ID.
m-stat: We need the User ID and Authentication Key.
We now have integrations with both Apifon and m-stat. However, we do not inform clients about which providers we are connected to, as this may change.
Additional actions required for connecting Viber with m-stat:
Once the client forwards us the necessary details and our technicians complete the integration, they will be able to send Viber messages with billing through m-stat. However, if they don’t complete the following step, they won’t be able to view campaign statistics on our platform (such as delivered, click-through, etc.).

Regarding the Viber integration, our team has made the necessary configurations, but there is one more thing required from you to complete the statistics recording. You need to add the following link:

to your admin panel in Omni, under the API settings section, in the "DLR/Click Notifications URL" field. A helpful screenshot is attached.
If the client is using their own provider and wants us to connect through it, they need to inform us of the provider and provide the necessary details.
If they wish to send through our provider, there is no need for us to send them any documents to fill out, there is no fixed monthly fee or separate contract. They can simply proceed to purchase credits through the platform at Profile → My Account → Credits usage → You can buy more credits here!
If they are interested in purchasing more credits than those available on the platform, they can let us know.
The sender name can be up to 11 Latin characters.
