How does automatic campaign work

Automatic campaigns are ways for you to create timely, relevant, personalized emails for individual contacts to be sent when they take a specific action. For example, when someone puts something in his basket through your eshop, he may receive an email saying i.e. "You forgot something in your basket". When someone makes a purchase, he may receive an email with relevant products he might be interested in.
