XML Product Feed

An XML product feed is a structured and standardized format used to provide detailed information about products. This feed, often employed in eCommerce, contains essential data such as product names, descriptions, prices, images, and inventory levels.

This seamless exchange of information between your digital store and the ContactPigeon platform enhances visibility, ensures accuracy, and simplifies the process of updating product details across different channels, contributing to efficient marketing strategies.

To view your product feed, select Ecommerce from the left side menu, then scroll down and choose Products.

Once the integration between your eCommerce store and the ContactPigeon platform is complete, the platform gains access to your inventory for maximum campaign efficiency. If you refresh, it will also track the latest product additions.

You can view the product image, its SKU, name, price, and availability.

Regarding the ContactPigeon platform, the product feed is updated every 24 hours, so newly added products will appear at that time.

Alternatively, there is an option to immediately update the product catalog by going to Ecommerce > Products. In the top right corner, there is an option labeled "NEW! Catalog changes". By clicking there and selecting the button inside, you can update the new products.

After each XML refresh, the new products added to the XML, as well as any products with price changes, will be displayed.
