How to reactivate inactive users
1.In order to identify inactive users from the all lists of contacts on the ContactPigeon platform, you select Contacts > Segmentation and apply the following conditions, depending on the time period for which we wish to obtain the corresponding results.
2.You must complete the "Group Name" field, set the list to refresh every 24 hours, and enable the "Trigger Add to List Event" option.
- Navigate to Automation > Email/SMS/Postcard Automations and create a new automation.
- Select the "List" element as the starting trigger, followed by the "Go to Then" element. If desired, you can include the "Delay" element to ensure the automation is triggered after a specified time interval.
- Any new contact added to the list, will automatically enter the automation flow and after the specified delay, will receive the email campaign configured within the automation. If you want existing users in the list to receive the email campaign, you must send the campaign directly to that list.
