How to create a survey

Through our platform, you can create your own survey. You can set up the survey at this point in our platform by going to: Menu → Surveys → Add New. The survey appears as a link that is automatically generated, and essentially, you send this link to your contacts.

Your contacts then click on the link and can complete the survey. In other words, the survey cannot be completed by just anyone. Respondents must be in the list you've provided in order to fill it out.

Also, the survey cannot be displayed entirely within the newsletter. What you include in the newsletter is the link to the survey page.

In general, the survey is in a very simple format, in terms of colors and visual design.
