Why do some valid email bounce?

In some cases, campaign sent to valid email addresses can still bounce if the contact's inbox is full, or the email server happens to be down during the sending process. This is considered a soft bounce.

When an email bounces, the receiving server sends a response to ContactPigeon saying that the email was undeliverable.
